This website is owned and operated by TEMPLE OF AROMAS. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors Aromatherapy Products.

All goods will be shipped with 3-5 working days with a tracking order which will be sent to the customer by email on day of shipping.

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Limitation of liability: 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Temple of Aromas assumes no liability or responsibility for any (I) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

Subscriptions: 

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment 

By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Returns Policy :

Our policy lasts 14 days on receipt of goods. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund, but you will still be able to exchange up to 30 days.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging where apt.

Non-returnable items:

- Some health and personal care items .ie. Lip Balms etc.

To complete your return all we require is a confirmation email and a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where goods will only be credited. ie: any items not in its original condition or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (where applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or credit.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, which will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items may not be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to temple.aromas@yahoo.com. and send your item to: 422a New Cross Rd. New Cross London SE14 6TY.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

 

Orders :

On receipt of an order we will mail your products within 3-5 working days, and forward you the tracking receipt.
